San Xia Canyon Green Tea (30g)
San Xia Canyon Green Tea (30g)
Green tea wasn't commonly produced in Taiwan until the 1940s, when the Chinese Kuo Ming Tang government sought refuge in northern Taiwan and mandated locals to make "Bi Luo Chun" green tea in the style of their hometowns. Over time, Taiwan’s green tea diverged due to the cultivar used, the region’s terroir, and processing styles. Today, San Xia touts its own spin on Bi Luo Chun, and remains the only region in Taiwan specializing in it. As such, we've renamed it to San Xia Canyon Green.
