Can I recycle the tins?

We suggest you keep them! These food-grade, air-tight tins keep your tea leaves fresh and out of sunlight. Additionally, we are starting to offer refill packs at discounted prices such that you can use these tins again and again!

but yes they are recyclable, simply remove the label and recycle according to your local guidelines.

Can I compost the refill packs?

Sure can! Currently we only offer refill packs of our Frozen Peak Oolong but refill packs of our other teas will be available starting in January 2025. To compost, simply remove the label and compost according to your local guidelines. For more information, please see Elevate Packaging's composting standards.

When will more products be available?

Since we're just starting out, quantities are limited. As we learn and grow our business, we hope to introduce different teas, wares, workshops, etc. that are aligned with our values and standards. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on Instagram to follow our journey.

Can I get free shipping?

To start, we offer shipping via UPS and USPS (prices as marked during check out). We'd love to offer free shipping one day but currently our margins simply don't support it. However, if you are local and/or I will see you in-person soon, I am happy to deliver your tea to you! Please message hello@tsaytea.com for a code to enter during check out and we'll work out timing/logistics.

Are you accepting returns or refunds?

At this time, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product or experience, please message hello@tsaytea.com.
