About the Authors:
Dr. Hong-Ming Cheng, a native of Tamsui, Taiwan, is currently Chair Professor at Asia University and has published over 110 research papers. He specializes in the re-telling of Taiwanese history in both Chinese and English. Katy Hui-Wen Hung holds a BA in English and an MA in Linguistics. She co-authored A Culinary History of Taipei and is an avid explorer of cross-cultural interactions.
